Screwcap. Justin Bubb's 2011 Grigio shows all the hallmarks of classic Italian Pinot Grigio with grapefruit, pear and white floral aromas and flavours. The palate has a lovely racy personality and finishes clean and morish. The fruit is sourced from three regions: Trento, Fruili and Veneto with vines ranging in age from 8 -30 years old. Bringing the best of these three regions together gives a layered Pinot Grigio with good depth and complexity. Ripe pear, musk and honeysuckle with a little spice on the finish. It's crisp and attractively grippy with plenty of lemony tang.
